Positive: The place is decorated beautifully and is very central. It was very clean and spacious inside. Supermarket right next door and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The owners were very quick to respond to any queries.
Negative: These are small areas of improvement as we had a very good stay. The air conditioning could be improved as it was not strong enough in the main room for the very high temperatures experienced during our visit. There was a sewage smell from the en suite in the evenings, which was a bit unpleasant. Kitchen utensils could be improved, larger serving spoons, for example. Few more comfy chairs for those travelling as a family?

Positive: The property was fantastic for the centre of town, which gave you full access to all the attractions. You couldn’t ask for a better host Elena covered all basis, she gave us information on the area and best restaurants to try. The apartment was clean and had everything you would expect to enjoy your stay. I would certainly recommend this apartment.
Negative: There was nothing to dislike

Positive: Great location. Cosy and bright apartment. Washing machine was super handy. Bottle of water, coffee, milk and some biscuits were very thoughtful and useful after late flight. thanks for that.
Negative: We had an unexpected guest at one point- a cockroach. The stairs were a bit difficult for my mum, but she took positively as a useful exercise.

Positive: Everything about this gorgeous flat was absolutely perfect! La Casa del Cañon felt truly like a home away from home. The landlord lady is a lovely host and extremely helpful. We have spent 6 weeks in the heart of Cartagena, just walking distance from everything you'd want to see around and enjoy the charming streets of the old-center, while indulging in the taste of Spanish tapas within minutes. The port is a 3 minutes walk from the flat. This home is fully equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay, we would definitely stay again here if returning to Cartagena.
Negative: Some nights the streets of the old-city can be quite noisy, but the flat has on every window/balcony a set of wooden doors that can be closed to reduce the noise.

Positive: Excellent location right in the centre of Cartagena, the apartment was fantastic very clean and spacious and there is a wonderful bakery right next door. We would definitely return we love Cartagena and this apartment was perfect for us 😊
Negative: A little noise at night over the weekend but that’s to be expected as it’s so central and as there’s no lift so it’s 2 flights of stairs to walk up, we found it fine but might not be suitable for the less mobile.
